Dr. Yogalakshmi Rajendran is a board-certified periodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology serving patients across Central Texas. She completed her periodontics residency at UCSF, where she also spent nearly a decade as a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Predoctoral Periodontics. Dr. Rajendran offers a full range of periodontal and implant surgical services, including single and full-arch dental implant placement, sinus augmentation (lateral and crestal approaches), horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation, soft-tissue grafting (connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, and tunneling techniques), osseous surgery, guided tissue regeneration, esthetic crown lengthening, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, and management of peri-implantitis and peri-implant disease. She also performs extractions and site preservation to optimize outcomes for future implant placement. Her practice integrates digital workflows and CBCT-guided implant planning for precise, predictable results.
